We took a 5:00 train out of Karlsruhe, and got into the Paris Est at a little before 11:00 on the 18th. We're staying a little ways from the Eiffel Tower, and it was pretty cool to get Kenny down to the Champ de Mars, and let him see the tower for the first time. The line was incrdible, so we headed out on the river instead. Since the kids had been up most of the night, they were pretty grumpy. The city is great, though, and there's been lots of exploring to do.

The Notre Dame was first, with the mandatory climb up the tower. We spend yesterday afternoon (the 20th) in the Louvre, and this morning in the Musee D'Orsay. We just got back down from Montmartre (where the internet is 2euro/hour instead of 10!)
The cafe is closing, so signing off for today. We're taking a morning train to Strasbourg in the morning, and will try to post more from there.
